Yes: I don't know how old your daughter is or how athletic she is. This is an unusual injury hit dashboard, fell hard on knee ..? Non operative tx. for PCL is probably indicated. If she really has a meniscus tear then have it scoped and fixed. Quad strengthening and bracing should be helpful until she's thru growth. She may never need it reconstructed if it's truly isolated.I perform arthroscopic PCL r
