Probabablly yes: Probably due to to your age you will be ok but it is advisable you never overdose the recommended dose of any medicine. Contact the physician who prescribe the tramadol and let him/her decide what to do.

You need help!: It is not the three tramadols in 4 hours that is the issue, but why you did that. This dose of this drug is not likely to cause you harm, but you should seek counseling. If this was an attempt to harm yourself, that is a much more serious issue and you should discuss the matter with your doctor or a counsellor.

Yes.: That is a little much but not likely to hurt you. The maximum safe dosing is 2 every 6 hours.
