Med combo: If your doctor considered tramadol and diclofenac might be combined with sertraline, there is no contraindication, as they follow a different path in terms of how the body eliminates them through metabolic pathways.

They can be.: However, I am not a fan using of using diclofenac in a 69 year old because it is associated with increased cardiac risk. Naproxen is a better choice.
