Meniscus; knee: Soccer involves sudden starts & stops as well as rapid changes in direction, often with weight loaded on the knee. So it's quite possible you may have reinjured your knee. See orthopedics or sports specialist for evaluation. If any redness/swell, use r.I.C.E. Until appt with doc.

Therapy: I'm assuming you had a menisectomy (not a repair) if you are already playing soccer. I rec some therapy for strengthening for the weakness. Very common after any type of surgery.
