Hello help me please just a short question... i have 1 baby from my wife but now the results of sperm test show that my sperm count is very low and mobility is very down ... can a good treatment will help me or it will be a waste of time and money ?

Low sperm count ?'s: There are treatments for low sperm counts, such as intra-uterine insemination, and some which are done by infertility specialists after retrieval of your wife's eggs, called intra-cytoplasmic sperm insemination (ICSI). There may also be conditions which can be treated by a urologist, so consult one first.
