Crohns: Crohns is a multisystem disease not only GI manifestations. Strongly suggest seeing you physician history plus exam and blood work should arrive at dignosis. After diagnosis the treatment can be initiated.

Generally no: Certainly after dealing with Crohn's you pay a lot of attention to how your intestines are working. Constipation, or difficulty moving waste through the intestine could be a sign of inflammation blocking the movement. This would be rare and you'd probably have other symptoms such as pain. Constipation can may a person feel frustrated or worried about their health. Please get a checkup.
