There are many cause: Clubbing can occur for many reasons. In order to answer your question we need to know why you have clubbing. Your evaluation has been focusing on the lung and that is a good start. There are many other possible causes which your physicians will have to evaluate including cardiovascular, hepatic and heredity to name a few.

So I had a chest X-ray done a week ago, they found some nodules, well when I went back to a different emergency room they did a CT scan of my chest and lungs and found no nodules, is this possible? To just get rid of them over a week period?
