Yes!: Crohn's can cause inflammation in the esophagus. Typically this is very painful when eating. You can develop arthritis with crohn's disease, but typically the degree of pain tracks with the activity of your crohn's disease. So if you are having joint pain, check with your GI doctor. You may need to be checked out.
