Yes: Chron's unlike Ulcerative colitis involved the deeper layers of the bowel and not necessarily the mucosa. So it can be associated primarily with constipation and not diarrhea.

I have be diagnosed with crohns(most likely) I feel fine, pathology report was chronic active colitis, I pushed for colonoscopy cause stool was constipation/diarrhea. Why wont they give me medication when inflammation is ongoing? Is damage beingdone?
