I had a natural birth 7 yrs ago, ob says i have placenta priva i'm 19 weeks now he says it's from scar tissues will placenta move up?

Can't say...: Not sure what scar tissue is involved, especially if your first birth was a vaginal birth. But. It is common for a low placenta to migrate out of the way prior to you reaching term. Ask for more clarification the next time you see your doctor, but otherwise, trust it to do so.
