Of no concern: The MRI shows up bright spots for which no real clinical problem is related. The ethmoid air cells in deep between the eyes and can have little polyps of no significance. The MRI is famous for ubos (unidentified bright objects). Discuss with your doctor, but no reason to worry from what you describe.
