Your ordering MD should sit down with the interpreting radiologist and ask for a differential diagnosis, and whether any other imaging studies would be helpful or what follow-up, if any, is advisable and what,if any ,specialists, should be consulted. Without this help you & your MD are left up in the air, so to speak.
