Had an mri done everything normal mostly except mild ethmoid air cell and bilateral maxillary sinus thickening but don't get sinus headaches explain?

Mild mucosal: thickening of the sinuses is a common incidental MRI finding that is often seen in patients with no symptoms. If you are not having symptoms, it is likely of no significance and requires no treatment.
