Migraine: One sided head ache, associated with pain in the eyeball, of pulsating quality , asso. With nausea/vomiting, sensitivity to light &sound suggests migraine there are variants of migraine but the above picture is the classical one.You can try meds like tylenol (acetaminophen) or Aspirin if no allergies, the otc preps but if there is no relief see ur dr for meds- triptan gropu/ergotamine gp-to be prescribed by them.
