Many possibilities: Headaches can be hard to sort out. Migraine is common in young women. Symptoms include pretty severe, throbbing, usually one-sided headache with nausea, sensitivity to light and sound. A squeezing, band-like headache around the temples is likely a tension headache. These are two of the more common types of headaches. If your headache is severe or if you have frequent headaches, see a neurologist.
