Bacteria: There will always be bacteria in your mouth regardless of brushing flossing or mouthwashes. The trick is to keep them from sticking and colonizing your tooth and root surfaces. It's the plaque and subsequent calculus that does the damage. Focus your attention on keeping the teeth as clean as possible and have professional cleanings as needed to keep your teeth spotless.

DO NOT use H2O2: You seem to be doing what you are supposed to do with regards to brushing and flossing. Do not use hydrogen peroxide as a mouth wash. It is very caustic and can do damage to delicate tissue.
