Yes: You can try. There is certainly no harm in trying as long as the medicine you try is safe and you are monitored. But there is no evidence that any form of therapy works well to reverse the ovarian failure. Treating symptoms is different.

No: Premature ovarian failure is a result of the low number of eggs in the ovary. Medical treatments cannot restore those cells, at least today.
