See a dentist: It might be nothing, like a small silver filling which appears black and through the tooth casts a grey shadow or, it could be a cavity. The black spot being the point of entry and the grey area undermined with decay. Your best bet it to see a dentist and evaluate the situation to see if it needs treatment.
