It may be a stain, but then again it could be a carious lesion. Only an exam by a local dentist will answer your question. Although it looks small, it can be quite large underneath even without pain. Don't delay, call for an appointment.

"Small grey dot" is not diagnostic. May be cavity, stain, fracture, anomaly, etc. Please see your Dentist for examination and probably imaging. (S)he will then be able to diagnose the cause of the dot and present you with the appropriate treatment plan. The sooner you go, the smaller the problem, the easier the treatment procedure, the less the cost.
