See a physician: Trauma resulting in secondary symptoms such as blurry vision and hearing loss should be further investigated by a physician as they could be signs of bony trauma such as an orbital floor fracture or temporal bone fracture in the case of hearing loss. Furthermore trauma to structures such as the eye can occur in the form of corneal abrasions or other subtle injuries which require specialty care.
