Woke up with a hard sore lump on right base of skull. no head trauma. as round as a quarter. week ago i thought i had vertigo. dizzy off balance with muffled hearing. very sore. started getting headaches today also. kinda worried?

Yes, see your doctor, as you provide a history consistent with a closed head injury. Would wonder if you had a nocturnal seizure or a REM sleep disorder promoting a head injury. You would not remember either. Discuss these issues with your doctor.
