Tricky case: The first thing is to see an ear nose throat specialist. It's possible that you have structural damage to the auditory nerve and that's the best person to evaluate it. If they have nothing to offer, you might try to find and osteopathic physician who is trained in the cranial technique. It can sometimes be helpful for cranial nerve dysfunction.
