i have a sesamoid bone which is fractured, it does swell up when i walk and gives me pain , i have had this problem for 4 years will it ever go away ?

Years: Given that the problem is going on for years now. You should have it treated by an orthopaedic surgeon with foot and ankle specialist.

Possible: But after 4 years...Prob not. Taking it out has been done but not ideal either.
