No: No. After you stop the pill your fertility should return fairly quickly (within approxiately 2 months). If you do not conceive after a reasonable amount of time (1 year for women younger than 35), you should consult with your physician in case an evaluation is needed.

No: No. Birth-control pills have no detrimental effect whatsoever on your longterm fertility. If you take birth-control pills into your late 30s or early 40s your fertility will indeed be decreased, but this is 100% due to later age and not an effect of the pills.
