Pill: In my opinion , weight loss pills are not effective in the long term.Some can have adverse reaction to your heart.Whether you are trying to conceive or not, stay away from weight loss pills.If you want to lose weight, focus on excellent nutrtion, consistent exercise and getting your hormones checked to see if there are imbalances.All the above three areas are a topic by themselves!
