Hard to say: Your past success rules out some of the basic issues with fertility. The cited average delay before achieving a desired pregnancy is 6 mo with range of weeks to a year. After a year it is reasonable to consult with a fertility center with both parents to see if there is an issue. If one is found they can work on it or educate you in alternatives to get pregnant.
