Tylenol, (acetaminophen) Orajel, etc: If you have not had the pain looked at, tylenol, (acetaminophen) motrin, or orajel may work for temporary relief. Otherwise it's best to get a proper diagnosis. It's difficult to assess from your question, but possible issues may include a cavity, infection, sinus infection, ear infection, etc.

Depends: In order to suggest a remedy it is necessary to have a definitive diagnosis as to what is causing the pain. Please see a dentist/oral surgeon to determine if it is related to a tooth or something else.

Other way around: Pain isn't giving you toothache. Infected painful tooth is giving you pain. Pain is a symptom, not a cause. There's only one way to resolve this, see your Dentist immediately.
