So many choices: Could be a common problem with multiple symptoms, or separate and distinct problems. You need to see both your dentist and your physician for physical examinations. They may refer you on to endodontist, otolaryngologist, oral surgeon, neurologist. Start at the beginning. Call hour primary care dentist ; physician for initial exams.
