Maxillary teeth ?: If so, sinusitis can cause posterior maxillary teeth to become sensitive. But that's probably not your problem. You've asked a number of questions regarding this issue.. if your dentist cannot determine why you are is so much pain it's time to see an endodontic specialist.

Most likely RCT: The tooth pain won't go away without treatment and the infection may spread to your jaw, cheeks, sinus and to other areas of your head and neck. You can use Tylenol (acetaminophen) or NSAID for pain control. See a dentist ASAP for assessment and treatment. Do not delay.
