Tooth, sinus, TMJ: With just the information provided i would suspect an infected tooth. Most likely a partially eruptedd upper wisdom tooth. Have this checked. Next would be a sinus infection with or without involvemnet of a bad tooth. YOu may be experiencing TMJ (joint) pain as a secondary manifestation of these other problems. If this turns out not to be the cause - next step is ENT to check ears after MD
