Orthodontics: If you are young you can do comprehensive orthodontics and things will improve over a couple years. If you are an adult, orthodontics can help a little, but not drastically.

Many: Depending on severity. The more skeletal imbalance, the greater the need for surgery. Talk to your Dentist about restorative solutions. Ask for recommendation to Orthodontic Specialist to discuss straightening. If surgery required, Orthodontist will have Surgeon on his team to recommend. You have to be seen to be evaluated, computer contact won't do it.
