How do i clean a pair of custom-made orthotics that started smelling (and possibly causing a rash)?

Most houselhold : Spray cleaners will take care of the orthotics that are plastic and with naugahyde topcovers, but if you're sensitive to cleanign products, use a damp cloth, perhaps made damp by a little soapy water. Never use anything involving heat, as this can alter the shape of the orthotic shell.
