Orthoyics: If the orthotics were not made from a scan or mold of your foot it is unlikely they will work at this point. Have a podiatrist see your feet. They can help.

No: Orthotic are design to help not heart you, they should be comfortable to wear, if you have problem please back to your orthotics' have make adjustments on it or change it. Good luck.
