Do you mean plantar : Do you mean plantar fasciitis? Or fibroma? In any case your podiatrist should hear you concerns, and make the appropriate device, which should help after examining you.

Bad set: Probably a bad set of orthotics. They reduce pressure and realign center of gravity so ankles should feel better.
