Old age,osteoporosis: There are many factors that need to be taking into consideration before making that decision, age, comorbidities, osteoporosis, activity level, how the fx occur.If you are a young active person in good heath with good bone quality fr does not need to be fixed, however if you are elderly person, with osteoporosis and other comorbidities probably this fx need to be fixed.
