My mother says past couple days she has been seeing brown, or off white colors bright yellow. but after a good 10 minutes or so, she then sees that the color is not bright yellow. what can be causing this? or how can it be stopped?

See below: Problems like these can only be correctly handled by her doctor in person. He/she needs to listen to her, perform an examination and possibly run labs or other tests. That's the only way he/she can find out what's going on and what to do about it.
