Yellow Patch: How big is the patch? Is it flat or raised? Does it have a waxy texture? It could be a seborrheic keratosis or a "senile lentigo, " (a medical name which doesn't mean "old"), both benign and very common. If concerned, she should schedule an appointment with a dermatologist.
