For what reason mothers prefer yellow dress when they bring newborn for jaundice check?

Do not know: It is amusing that people will dress their babies in yellow when they have jaundice. I do not believe it is done on purpose. I often tell parents not to dress their babies in yellow or use yellow blankets in those first few days.
