Reassuring: If urinalysis is clear i.E no white or red cells then the bacteria in urine may have come from outside sample e.g. If you are a female and have vaginitis (inflammation or infection of vagina) the collection of urine may show bacteria. Also, bacteruria (what you describe) could be associated with vaginal atrophy usually in people older than your age. No WBC is reassuring. Still need a urologist.
