What would you recommend to ease anxiety?

Very broad topic: Without knowing you or your medical history, this is very difficult to answer in this forum. I would recommend seeking help from a physician or a psychiatrist.

See a therapist: You posted this question several times, so you sound very concerned. It may help a lot to see a therapist about your anxiety, to get a better idea what it's like & what it's about. Then a suitable plan to help it can be developed. There are excellent talk therapies that help, as well as practices you can adopt. Medications can help if needed too -- but evaluation first. Good luck to you!
