Anxiety can be : Decreased by figuring out what in specific is making you feel this way. If it is the work load - then learn to prioritize. Learn to say "no" when needed. If you have people who work for you - don't micromanage but do delegate. If are a workaholic - may need to resist this. If you have interpersonal conflicts - work to resolve them.
