Ansyolitics medications are very serious and at time addicted medications therefore see your PCP and be evaluated for treatment or psychological referral depending of the severety of your symptons.

Severe anxiety: I noticed you are taking Antihistamine, which can work for mild anxiety. Talk with your doctor about other alternatives, such as SSRIs & Benzos, depending on symptoms.
