You cant: There is no way to actually get rid of scars; many over the counter creams promise to improve the cosmetic appearance of scars, and they may work a little if used immediately after surgery.

When was surgery : There are silicon scar sheets which, if placed a few weeks after surgery in the remodeling phase, can minimize the appearance of scars. Creams, vitamins not shown to work.
