Likely not: Related to your past surgery. Constipation or other conditions could be present. Needs an exam with your primary care doctor.

10 months later.: Bloating and pain 10 months later could be from many things. Make an appointment with your surgeon. It is unlikely but possible to be adhesions. It could be getting your flora back to normal. Try yogurt daily until you see surgeon. Record what food helps/hurts belly.
