Calories & Exercise: Most children have one or more issues- 1) too much junk food (high sugar, high fat foods), 2) too much food (eating more than they need), and 3) not exercising enough. The best approach is to work on all of them to encourage them to have more healthy choices. Making small steps and continuing to adjust will help them learn new habits.
