Depends: Depends which toe and where is it fractured and what type of fracture it is. Treatment can be anything from buddy taping to splinting, casting, and/or setting you up with orthopedic surgeon.

Xray, immobilization: Toe strapping and rigid surgical shoe. Possible injection and closed reduction if displaced. On occasion if displaced, it may require surgical reduction but not at the urgent care center.
