Neuritis: It is not unusual to get neuritis after a stress fracture. Injection therapy with a steroid can often be helpful. Physical therapy manipulation can also help.

Saa a podiatrist: If the toe was fractured it may not be completely healed, or there may be some bone callous that is blocking motion. See podiatrist for exam and x-ray.
