What are the dangers of crack fumes? my 2 yr cousin lives with his parents and they smoke crack while he is in the house. is the baby being affected

See below: I wouldn't be as concerned about the crack fumes, as i would the fact that his parents do not have the common sense to not smoke around the baby. And that they are using drugs. If you are truly concerned, i would call your local child services and make a report.
