It is very possible.: Prenatal exposure to cocaine 3-8 weeks after conception impacts fetal brain development, especially that of neurons in the frontal cortex, reducing the level of Dopamine Transporter Protein & causing persistent ADHD. Intrauterine strokes can occur from cocaine "hits" in the 2nd & 3rd trimesters. Maternal health, tobacco, alcohol & other drug use factor into outcomes. Early Intervention is needed.
