You're an adult: You're 18 years old. Legally you can go to the doctor by yourself. Get your insurance card out and call for an appointment. If you're not comfortable doing that, rest your ankle (stay off it and don't do what hurts) for a couple of days, if it doesn't get better, tell your parents again or go get some help from your doctor or at urgent care.
